This new apartment complex, the Cumbuco Beach Sun complex, beachfront, will start construction May 2008. All building licenses have already been approved. The architect of this project is Luiz Fiuza. The designer Dreamtravel project in Cumbuco. He has also designed many large apartment complexes on the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, including the beautiful Catamaran complex. The apartments are 2 under 1 roof. Every separate building (4 in total) has 6 apartments. Two apartments of 120 m2 on the ground floor. The first floor has 2 apartments of 100 m2.
